Matador Mexican Bar And Grill: Taste Authentic Mexican Flavors in Siloam Springs

I am vegan with my food and they were very accommodating to my questions about how they cook their food. Veggies are cooked in butter but they didn’t since I asked not to have it that way. Beans and rice are cooked with oil. Guac and chips were really good. My husband said it’s the best Mexican he’s ever had. Lots of flavor in all the meat they prepare, don’t just depend on the sauce for flavor like most Mexican food. Highly recommend

We were in town from Illinois visiting family when we visited this location. We will definitely be stopping there again when we visit Arkansas. Amazing food and service! And it is really reasonably priced. Highly recommend giving this place a try.

Great casual spot for some chips, salsa, and drinks! Love their pitcher margs, they're delicious at an unbeatable price. They have a wide vegetarian selection and their salsa's really good. And the portions are HUGE - if you order lunch you've also got dinner that night haha!

Matador Mexican Bar and Grill in Siloam Springs, AR has become another of my regular stops when I’m in the area. Staff is great, always friendly and attentive. And the food has been excellent. I’ve tried several things on the menu, but it’s hard not to keep going back to the Alex Special, still my favorite so far! I will definitely be back when I’m in Siloam.

We decided to try the Matador, we got there around 4:30 in the afternoon . Plenty of seats. The chips and salsa came out quick. The salsa was chunky and tasty Order the regular guacamole, it was a little small for an appetizer but tasty I ordered the fajitas with ribeye, shrimp, and chorizo. The seasoning was good. Nothing was over cooked or chewy. Portions were big. They were good, but The wife likes fried birria tacos, the manager told her they would be added to the menu in a few weeks.

Food was great and the Margarita was well-made. Service and atmosphere just felt like a moot point. However, The service wasn't awful, just laid-backed. Perhaps, My family arrived after a peak hour.

Loved the ambience, service and food. They were very friendly to check and accommodate our dietary requirements. Lot of vegetarian options to choose from. Which can be made Vegan. They served us tasty food . Got the Vegan spinach enchiladas and Vegetable Fajita. It was enough for 4 of us. You get complimentary chips and salsa too :) Thank you will be definitely be back again.

Neto the owner made our entire experience right. It started off awful and we didn’t get our food for a while, he took full accountability, was working so hard back in the kitchen with his employees. He’s an amazing example of how a manager/owner should be.
